Last week Iittala announced the release of its new ambient light collection. The highlight of the collection is Finnish designer Ilkka Suppanen’s Fireplace. Very simple, clean and elegantly modern, it fits Iittala’s philosophy of Mies van der Rohe’s famous statement, “Less is more.”
