Finnish Cast Iron Cookware
Cast iron cookware is considered by professional chefs to be superb cooking tools because they allow for precise control of cooking temperatures and retain heat very well. This cast iron cookware line, designed by Björn Dahlström for iittala, have a signature thick base and are pre-seasoned (a natural way to create non-stick cookware).
The Dahlström cast iron cookware line is made in Finland by iittala.
I like the look of this. I have never really used cast iron cookware but from what I have read lately it seems like the way to go.
